Role Description The GM QA role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Delhi Area,



overseeing quality assurance across all sugar manufacturing units and associated facilities. The individual in this role will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality systems and standards, ensuring compliance with ISO certifications, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and reviewing quality control protocols, supervising laboratory and QA teams, analyzing production data for process improvement, and driving corrective and preventive actions to address quality deviations. The GM QA will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and R&D; teams to optimize processes, enhance product consistency, and support energy economization and process efficiency initiatives.
