Role Overview
Squared Circle Ecom is looking for a Team Lead - Analytics & BI to lead the delivery of analytics, business intelligence, reporting, automation and data solutions for our e-commerce clients.

The role combines client management, team leadership, analytics delivery and technical expertise. The individual will work closely with client stakeholders across e-commerce, finance, marketing, operations, sales and product functions to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable dashboards, analytical solutions, automated reports and actionable insights.

The role will also be responsible for managing day-to-day delivery, ensuring SLA and quality adherence, improving team productivity, identifying automation opportunities and developing the analytics capability of the team.
This is a client-facing leadership role and requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, technical knowledge, communication, stakeholder management and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement




• Act as a key analytics point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client business objectives, requirements, priorities and reporting needs.
• Conduct regular client discussions to gather requirements, clarify expectations and provide project updates.
• Translate business requirements into transparent analytical and technical solutions.
• Present dashboards, reports, insights, performance trends and improvement opportunities to client stakeholders.
• Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales and e-commerce teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand analytics, automation and reporting services based on client requirements.

2. Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead and manage a team of analysts, BI developers and analytics resources.
• Allocate work based on team capacity, skill sets
