Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Sales role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and nurturing leads, presenting residential and commercial properties, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily activities include conducting property visits, preparing and delivering property presentations, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.



The Real Estate Sales professional will collaborate with internal teams, stay informed about market trends, and ensure all dealings align with company principles and legal requirements.
Qualifications

• Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Property.
• Strong Real Estate market understanding and experience working with residential and commercial properties.
• Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead conversion, and pipeline management.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and meet clients at properties and the office as needed.
