Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at Ginger Hotels in Pimpri Chinchwad. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new corporate and leisure business, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients and travel partners. The Sales Executive will conduct sales calls and hotel visits, prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and support the closure of group and event bookings. The role also involves tracking sales performance,



maintaining accurate records in the sales system, collaborating with the operations and reservations teams, and participating in promotional activities and local marketing initiatives to increase room and service revenue.

• Demonstrated skills in business development, client relationship management, and account servicing to grow and retain revenue.
• Ability to conduct effective sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in a competitive hospitality market.
