Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Manager – Brand Partnerships & Alliances. The role involves identifying, evaluating,



and securing strategic brand partnerships and alliances that strengthen Matrimony.com’s market presence across matchmaking and wedding services. The individual will manage end-to-end partnership cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, contracting, and relationship management with external brands, platforms, and agencies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing joint marketing plans, coordinating co-branded campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives. The role also requires close collaboration with internal marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to execute partnership initiatives effectively and deliver measurable business impact.
