We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive – Fresher to join our Purchase & Procurement team. The candidate will assist in sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotations, and supporting day-to-day purchase activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing materials, components, and other requirements.
- Identify and communicate with recent and existing suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations from different vendors.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors regarding order confirmation and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Engineering, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs, and purchase-related documents.
- Assist in checking material specifications, quantity, and delivery status.
- Support vendor negotiations under the guidance of the Purchase Manager.
- Follow up on pending materials and delayed deliveries.
- Assist in resolving purchase and material-related issues.




- Maintain proper records of purchase transactions.
- Perform other procurement-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively with different departments.

Education

B.Com / BBA / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Preferred
- Basic knowledge of engineering/electronic components and materials.
- Knowledge of ERP or purchase software will be an advantage.
