Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Development Representative (SDR) role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The SDR will qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct prospecting activities, and initiate contact with potential B2B SaaS customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.



Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, scheduling product demos for the sales team, maintaining an organized pipeline in the CRM, and following up consistently to move opportunities forward. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine outreach messaging, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to sales process improvements. Performance will be measured through lead generation quality, conversion rates, and contribution to overall revenue goals.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with prospecting and qualifying B2B SaaS leads.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to engage prospects, handle objections, and present value propositions clearly.
• Candidates should possess Business Development skills
