• Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization: Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, productivity improvement, scrap/cycle-time reduction and conversion-cost optimization.
• People & Cross-Functional Leadership: Leading moulding, process engineering and maintenance teams; developing technical capability and collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance.
