Compensation
• During the first 3 months (Probation): ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
• After successful completion of probation: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month
• Post-probation compensation will depend on performance, skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Performance-based incentives may also be applicable.

About the Role
• FairFinance is looking for a Business Development Executive – Loans to join our Business Development team.
• We are open to freshers who have relevant knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in sales, business development, loans, and financial services.
• Previous work experience is not mandatory. However,



candidates should have a basic understanding of the role and demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn about loan products, financial solutions, customer handling, and business development.
• Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, banking, loans, NBFCs, fintech, customer relationship management, or financial services are also welcome to apply.

• Understand customer requirements and assist customers with suitable loan and financial solutions.
• Communicate professionally with potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
