Position: Key Account Manager – Enterprise Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5–10 Years
Compensation: ₹9 – ₹12 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager – Enterprise Sales to drive business growth by managing and expanding strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Corporate/B2B sales, enterprise account management, and business development within the Hyderabad market.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts to drive business growth and maximize customer retention.
· Identify and acquire new enterprise customers while expanding business opportunities within existing key accounts.
· Build and maintain robust relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, Facility Managers, Consultants, and other key decision-makers.
· Develop account plans, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve assigned business objectives.
· Conduct customer meetings,



presentations, solution discussions, and commercial negotiations.
· Collaborate with internal Pre-Sales, Technical, and Project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
· Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
· 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Corporate B2B Sales, or Key Account Management.
· Proven experience in handling and developing large enterprise/corporate accounts.
· Experience in selling enterprise technology solutions such as Audio-Visual Solutions, CCTV & Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Biometric Attendance Systems, Printers & Document Management Solu
