Role Description The Sous Chef is a full-time, in office role based at Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt in Delhi, OH. This role supports the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining high culinary standards across all outlets. The Sous Chef will lead and train kitchen team members, ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, and assist in menu development and seasonal offerings.



Responsibilities include managing inventory and food costs, coordinating with restaurant and banquet teams for smooth service, and contributing to a consistently high-quality guest dining experience.

• Strong culinary skills, including experience in high-volume or luxury hotel kitchens, with a solid foundation in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Proficiency in kitchen operations, including food safety, sanitation standards, inventory control, and cost management.
