Role Description The Regional Manager – Ad Sales and Media Sales is a full time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves driving advertising and media sales across assigned regions, identifying and closing revenue opportunities with brands, agencies, and local businesses that wish to reach gated communities on the NoBrokerHood platform. The Regional Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitch development, proposal creation, negotiations, and account onboarding. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key client relationships, coordinating ad inventory and campaign delivery with internal teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The role also requires developing regional sales strategies, mentoring sales team members, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
