Position description:
We are seeking a Strategic Program Manager with a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives, build both program intelligence and execution excellence. This individual will play a critical role in driving cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic objectives, leveraging data-driven decision-making and program governance best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic initiatives management
•Lead & coordinate strategic initiatives (internal & external) across various areas in the Apple ecosystem.
•Develop and manage initiatives roadmaps, timelines, milestones & budgets.
•Build structures to track program performance, risks,



dependencies & ROI.
•Track all initiatives & present them in a unified format to leadership.
•Ensure risk controls, regulatory & internal compliance are built into initiatives.

Channel & product enablement
•Work with business & sales leaders to develop short, medium & long-term channel & product strategy and align stakeholders to move from strategy to execution.
•Implement dashboards and reporting mechanisms to support the stakeholders to monitor metrics & progress.
•Leadership updates to provide executive visibility and ensure timely support & decision-making.

People management
•Collaborate, coordinate & communicate across functional teams (internal & external) - including business, sales, operations, technology, finance, and Apple - to ensure alignment and execution. Drive the successful delivery of initiatives.
