Role Description
The PPC Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production activities to ensure timely order execution and delivery. This role involves production planning, capacity management, material coordination, order tracking, and monitoring production progress across Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing,



and Dispatch. The PPC Manager will collaborate closely with Merchandising, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and productive resource utilization. Daily responsibilities include preparing production plans, monitoring WIP and bottlenecks, tracking order status, maintaining T&A; plans, analyzing production performance, and preparing MIS reports.
The role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, maximizing production capacity, minimizing delays, and ensuring consistent on-time delivery aligned with customer and business commitments.

Candidate Requirements
• Graduate from a reputed institution, preferably NIFT, Pearl Academy, NIIT, or an engineering background.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in garment/textile production planning and control.
• Strong understanding of production data, databases, and analytics.
