Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to support the sales team in managing customer communication, quotations, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer requirements and follow-ups.




* Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
* Maintain customer and sales-related data in Excel/CRM.
* Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
* Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and other departments for timely execution of orders.
* Track sales leads, enquiries, and their status.
* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
* Maintain proper records of customer communications and documents.
* Assist the Sales Team in achieving business targets.
* Handle customer queries and ensure timely responses.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales Sales, Sales Support, or a similar role.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of *MS Excel, Word, and email communication*.
