The Staff Commissions Analyst will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of BMC’s sales compensation systems and processes. This role ensures accurate and timely calculation, reporting, and analysis of sales commissions and incentives. The ideal candidate will have a robust analytical mindset, technical aptitude, and a deep understanding of sales operations and compensation structures.

Primary Roles And Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the sales commissions platform (e.g., Forma.ai, Callidus, Xactly, or equivalent).




• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Generate and distribute commission statements and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve commission-related inquiries from sales representatives.
• Support compensation plan modeling, testing, and deployment.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Qualifications (Knowledge And Skills)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commissions administration, or compensation analytics.
• Experience with sales compensation tools (e.g., Forma.ai, Xactly, Callidus).
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
