The company partners with employers to support employees, their families, and ageing parents through integrated workplace wellbeing and eldercare solutions. Samvedna services range from counselling, therapy, workshops, and helplines to wellness coaching, yoga, physiotherapy, and specialized programs for caregivers and older adults.

Role Description The Customer Success Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring a positive and effective experience for organizational and individual clients using Samvedna Care’s services. Day-to-day tasks include

• Prospect nurturing
• Onboarding new clients
• Guiding them through available mental health and eldercare services
• Handling client queries

The role involves monitoring service usage, gathering feedback, identifying client needs, and coordinating with internal teams (clinical, operations, and product) to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.





The Customer Success Executive will track satisfaction and retention metrics, prepare basic reports for stakeholders, and proactively engage clients with relevant programs and resources.

The position also includes supporting account reviews, assisting in renewals, and contributing to process improvements that enhance overall client experience.

Qualifications
• Solid Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Proven Customer Support skills to handle queries, resolve issues promptly, and provide empathetic assistance across multiple communication channels.
• Effective Account Management skills to coordinate service delivery, support renewals
• Good Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, feedback, and basic performance metrics, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal commun
