Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR record maintenance. This role will handle employee relations, support performance management processes, and help implement and update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational needs.



The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership to support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and assist in training and development initiatives. The role also includes addressing employee queries, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur.
