Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our field sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, references, and market research.
• Visit potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams for client requirements.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Prepare and share proposals/quotations in coordination with the internal team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain daily field visit and lead-generation reports.




• Represent SPATRO professionally during client meetings and business visits.
• Travel out of station whenever required for business development activities.

Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales/business development preferred.
• Candidates with experience in interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, furniture, or related industries will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel for business development.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
• Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply.
