Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Digital Marketing Head – Edtech/Education at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment).



The Digital Marketing Head will lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for education and edtech offerings, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across search, social media, email, and other digital channels to drive enrollment and brand awareness. The role involves overseeing digital transformation initiatives, managing performance dashboards, and using web analytics to derive insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The individual will manage and mentor a digital marketing team, coordinate with counseling, sales, and academic partners, and ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include budget management, project planning, campaign testing, content and creative review, and timely reporting to senior leadership.
