Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology / Digital Transformation.
• Significant experience managing BFSI clients and large technology delivery portfolios.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex programs.
• Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in P&L;, revenue, margin and commercial management.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and traditional SDLC.
• Experience with digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, automation or contemporary technology platforms is preferred.
• Strong exposure to RFP/RFI/RFP solutioning and pre-sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders
