What you'll do:
• Watch and analyze YouTube ads/videos.
• Convert videos into accurate written scripts.
• Identify hooks, dialogue, voiceovers, messaging & CTAs.
• Work on high-volume content with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with senior team members and implement feedback.
What we are looking for:
• Excellent Hindi & English proficiency – Mandatory
• Excellent typing speed & accuracy – Mandatory
• Strong comprehension and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace.
• Interest in YouTube, advertising & digital content is a plus.
