Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Assistant role based at Raj Innotech Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR operations,



including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and orientation of new team members. Responsibilities include supporting benefits administration, managing HR documentation, updating HRIS data, and assisting with attendance and leave tracking. The role will also help organize training sessions, support performance management activities, respond to employee queries, and collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee data and generate HR reports.
• Candidates should possess skills in Benefits Administration
