What You'll Be Responsible For:

Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, referrals, databases, events, and other sourcing platforms.
• Research prospects and qualify them based on company requirements.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Continuously expand the lead database.

Client Outreach
• Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp,



and other communication channels.
• Initiate conversations and understand client requirements.
• Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
• Maintain qualified follow-ups until closure.

Sales & Business Development
• Present Monk Industries' products and services confidently.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals with guidance from senior team members.
• Assist in negotiations and closing opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and business development KPIs.

Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with clients rather than focusing only on immediate sales.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Ensure smooth handover after successful onboarding.
• Act as the first point of contact throughout the sales journey.
