Key Responsibilities-
Operations & Process Execution:
• Execute assigned processes accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of responsibilities through completion.
• Follow established processes, SOPs, and Role Expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Identify delays, missing information, or process gaps and take appropriate action.
• Escalate issues requiring support or decisions promptly.
Coordination & Follow-Through:
• Coordinate with candidates, customers, employees, prospects, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
• Follow up proactively on pending actions.
• Track responsibilities and deadlines through completion.
• Provide clear updates on progress, delays, and blockers.
Systems, Data & Reporting:
• Work with CRM, spreadsheets, task-management systems, and other business tools.
• Enter, review, and update information accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized records.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
• Prepare trackers, reports, and operational updates.
• Learn and use new systems and tools efficiently.
