About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Audio-Visual (AV) System Integration solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, understanding customer requirements, preparing suitable AV solutions, and driving projects from initial enquiry to successful closure.
The role involves selling complete AV solutions, including Home Theatre Solutions, Boardroom & Conference Room Solutions, Corporate AV Solutions, Video Conferencing, Display Solutions, Audio Systems, Control & Automation, and other integrated AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, exhibitions, consultants, architects, interior designers, builders, corporates and other relevant channels.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and understand their business and technical requirements.




• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations and solution proposals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

2. AV Solution Selling
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate AV solutions.
• Sell complete end-to-end AV System Integration solutions rather than individual products.
• Have a basic understanding of:

• Boardroom & Conference Room Solutions
• Video Conferencing Systems
• Projectors & Displays
• LED/LCD Displays
• Professional Audio Systems
• Microphones & Speakers
• AV Control Systems
• Video Distribution

• Networking and related AV infrastructure
• Coordinate with the technical/design team to develop appropriate solutions and BOQs.
• Understand project requirements, specifications, timelines and budgets.
