SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

ABOUT THE ROLE-
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can turn design, people, spaces and ideas
into stories that people want to see, feel and share.
This role will own the social media strategy and content direction for The KariGhars and
AEK, translating each brand’s distinct identity into a compelling and consistent digital
presence.
From site visits and design reviews to co-founders in action, project details, client handovers
and behind-the-scenes moments, you will identify the stories worth telling, shape how they
are told, and work closely with our creative team to bring them to life.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically, developing
content ideas, writing robust copy, briefing a shoot, working with creative teams and
using data to understand what is working.
You will work closely with the CMO, designers, photographers, videographers, editors,
marketing and business teams.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
1. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & CONTENT DIRECTION
 Develop and own the social media strategy for The KariGhars and AEK across
relevant platforms.
 Define content pillars, themes, formats and recurring content series aligned with
each brand’s identity and business objectives.
 Develop platform-specific strategies based on audience behaviour, content formats
and brand goals.
 Identify content opportunities from projects, people, design trends, brand initiatives,
events and cultural moments.
 Continuously explore new content formats, platforms, partnerships and
opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
 Stay updated on platform trends, features, algorithms and evolving content formats.

 Continuously test and refine content, messaging, formats and publishing strategies
based on performance.
