Role Description The Regional Sales Manager (Industrial Projects) will lead sales activities for turnkey industrial projects (Water, Waste Water Treatment Plants) in the assigned region. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with technical and project teams to prepare proposals, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.
Qualifications
• Strong industrial sales and business development skills, including lead generation, chance qualification, and deal closure for projects in the environmental or engineering sectors.
• Experience in client relationship management and key account handling, with the ability to understand client requirements and align them with technical project offerings.
• Knowledge of Water, Waste Water Treatment, Industrial Water Treatment Plants, or related engineering services, with the ability to interpret technical proposals and coordinate with project and operations teams.
