The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Growth, SEO & Merchandising Executive with robust expertise across SEO, e-commerce merchandising, website optimisation and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on and commercially driven, with a strong understanding of how customers discover, navigate and purchase products online. This role will be responsible for improving organic visibility, product discovery, website performance, conversion and overall e-commerce revenue.
The candidate should be equally comfortable working with data, product/catalogue teams, creative teams and performance marketers, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Organic Growth
• Own and execute the overall e-commerce SEO strategy across technical, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Optimise category, collection, product and landing pages for organic search.
• Develop and optimise SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, metadata,



headings, internal linking and URL structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, traffic, product discovery and non-brand search visibility.
• Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-led content and landing pages.
• Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO platforms to identify opportunities and issues.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema and site architecture issues.
• Track SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data.

E-commerce Merchandising
• Own day-to-day e-commerce merchandising and product discovery across the website.
• Develop strategies for category, collection and product page optimisation to maximise conversion.
• Manage product categorisation, taxonomy, filters, sorting, merchandising and navigation.
