Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end garment production operations from cut to pack. The successful candidate will ensure seamless workflow across all stages while maintaining high quality standards, meeting strict delivery schedules, and enforcing comprehensive workplace safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Operational Oversight: Monitor and streamline daily factory operations from the cutting floor to final packing.
• Workflow Optimization: Manage and coordinate production stages to maintain continuous, bottleneck-free workflow and maximize efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control standards at every phase to minimize defects and align with client specifications.
• Schedule & Delivery Management:



Oversee production timelines to ensure on-time delivery without compromising standard procedures.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous workplace safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance across all departments.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or similar senior operational role in garment manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of quality systems, lean manufacturing principles, and workplace safety compliance.
