Technical Pre-Sales – SaaS Products
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Mumbai (WFH)

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team in promoting and demonstrating SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding customerrequirements, designing suitable solutions, conducting product demonstrations,
preparing technical proposals and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
· Understanding of Data leaks, Document Management System.
· Understand customer requirements and propose suitable SaaS solutions.
· Conduct product demos, presentations and technical discussions.
· Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, presentations and architecture diagrams.
· Work closely with Sales,



Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
· Address technical queries and support the sales cycle.
· Understand APIs, integrations, cloud technologies and SaaS architecture.

Requirements:
· 2–4 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Solutions
Consulting.
· Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
· Valuable understanding of SaaS products, REST APIs, integrations and cloud platforms.
· Familiarity with CRM, ERP, HRMS, FinTech or other enterprise SaaS products.
· Customer-facing experience with a consultative approach.
