Jimmy's is a growing FMCG sauce brand. We're a small, hands-on team, and we're looking for an Operations Executive to keep the place running day to day.

Role: Operations Executive
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai (in office)
Salary: ₹25,000–30,000/month

What you'll do:
Purchasing & vendors
• Order raw materials, packaging and supplies, and track stock so we never run short
• Coordinate with vendors, compare quotes and follow up on deliveries

Dispatch
• Pack and dispatch orders and samples on time
• Coordinate with couriers and transporters, and generate invoices and e-way bills

Accounts (basic)
• Keep purchase and sales records, invoices and bills organised
• Track vendor dues and prepare payments for approval
• Share records with our CA regularly

Running the place
• Oversee daily operations, housekeeping,



maintenance and supplies
• Be the go-to person for anything operational

What we're looking for:
• 1–3 years in operations, purchasing, dispatch or back-office work, ideally at a food, FMCG or small manufacturing company
• Basic understanding of invoicing, GST and e-way bills (Tally is a plus, not a must)
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
• Organised, reliable and great with follow-ups
• Based in or around Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred
