Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Patna, responsible for managing customer interactions across phone, email, and digital channels. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues,
and providing accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Executive will document interactions, update customer records, and coordinate with internal teams to address service-related concerns.
