Role Description The Chartered Accountant will work on-site in Dehradun in a full-time capacity, supporting clients across assurance, audit, taxation, corporate law, and advisory engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting statutory and internal audits,



and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing direct and indirect tax matters, including tax planning, filings, and representation, as well as supporting corporate structuring, incorporation, and other company law-related processes. The Chartered Accountant will analyze financial data to provide consulting and financial advisory insights, support cross-border transactions under foreign exchange regulations, and collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
