We are looking for a Senior Designer who has strong experience working with international D2C or consumer brands and can handle a wide range of digital and brand design requirements.
This is a holistic design role for someone who can create high-quality assets across performance marketing, social media, ecommerce, email, brand campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day marketing needs. The ideal candidate should understand premium consumer branding and be able to design assets that look good, communicate clearly, and help drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design digital assets across social media, paid ads, website banners, landing pages, emailers, ecommerce listings, Amazon/marketplace creatives, and campaign pages.
• Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Develop brand-led assets for product launches, campaigns, offers, influencer marketing, and community/content initiatives.




• Work on ecommerce-focused creatives such as PDP images, A+ content, product explainers, comparison creatives, and conversion-focused visual assets.
• Support website and landing page design with solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, mobile-first design, and user flow.
• Maintain a consistent and premium visual language across all customer touchpoints.
• Convert briefs into clear, polished, on-brand creative outputs with minimal handholding.
• Work closely with marketing, growth, content, ecommerce, and brand teams to execute daily and campaign-level design requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects at once while maintaining quality and timelines.

Requirements
• 4–7 years of experience in digital design, brand design, or graphic design.
• Experience working with international D2C, ecommerce, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.
