In the last year we've driven scale for brands across EV, F&B;, Salon, Retail, EdTech, Play Areas and more, including helping one brand close a $5.4M Series A. Our sales engine runs on high-volume, WhatsApp-first lead flow, and we are rebuilding it to be AI-native.

The Role




We are moving from LeadSquared to an AI-native CRM and want to put AI agents at the center of how we sell, follow up, onboard and report. You will own that transformation end to end: choosing the platform, migrating without losing a single lead, and building the agents and automations that run on top of it, across our different verticals.
This is a builder's role. You will work directly with the founders, and you should be as comfortable in a CRM admin panel or an n8n workflow as in a leadership review.

What You'll Own
1. CRM selection and migration (LeadSquared → AI-native CRM)
• Evaluate AI-native CRM options against our needs (cost, WhatsApp and telephony support, agent capabilities, integrations) and make a transparent recommendation.
• Plan and run the migration: data cleanup and mapping, pipeline redesign, integrations, cutover and parallel run.
• Drive team adoption so that data quality and usage improve after the switch, not ju
