Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. The Sales Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings and site visits,



present suitable office space options, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, updating CRM records, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and building long-term relationships with clients and partners. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support overall business growth.
