Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Sales Business Development Intern. The intern will support lead generation, prospect outreach, and relationship building with potential clients across target markets.



Day-to-day tasks include researching prospective organizations, drafting outreach messages, participating in virtual meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will assist in preparing sales materials and presentations, coordinating follow-ups, and gathering feedback to refine sales approaches. The role also involves collaborating with consulting and product teams to understand service offerings and communicating value propositions clearly to prospects.
Qualifications
• Robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Customer Service orientation, with the ability to engage professionally, respond to queries, and support positive client experiences.
• Foundational Sales skills, such as lead generation, prospecting, and basic negotiation or persuasion capabilities.
• Interest or exposure to Training and Sales Management
