About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven fresher to join our Investment Banking team as an Analyst. This role sits at the heart of live deal execution — you'll be the front-line voice reaching out to potential buyers, sellers, and investors across active M&A; mandates (buyside, sellside, and fundraise transactions). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to strategic and financial investors/acquirers/targets on live buyside, sellside, and fundraise mandates
• Build and maintain target lists/universes of potential counterparties basis deal thesis and client requirements
• Track responses, follow-ups, and maintain an updated outreach tracker/CRM for each live transaction
• Coordinate scheduling of introductory calls/meetings between clients and interested counterparties
• Draft and refine outreach messaging (teasers, cold emails, follow-up notes) in collaboration with senior bankers




• Support basic research on companies/sectors/investors to sharpen targeting and messaging
• Assist with pitch materials, information memoranda, and deal collateral as needed
• Liaise closely with Associates/VPs to keep deal momentum going and flag interested/uninterested parties promptly

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate (or final-year student) in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills — comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to senior stakeholders
• High energy, persistence, and comfort with rejection (outreach is a numbers game)
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple live mandates simultaneously
• Basic understanding of finance/M&A; concepts (through coursework, internships, or self-study)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and comfort learning CRM/tracking tools
