Role Description

The Healthcare Marketing Automation AI expert will design, implement,



and optimize AI-driven marketing automation workflows tailored to Doctotalk’s teleconsultation platform and healthcare audience. This full time remote role involves developing targeted lifecycle campaigns, nurturing both doctors and users, and improving funnel performance through segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers. The expert will collaborate with product, growth, and sales teams to integrate marketing automation with CRM systems, analytics tools, and in-app communication channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining automation platforms, building and testing multichannel campaigns (email, in-app, social), monitoring key performance metrics, and running experiments to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
