Role & Responsibilities
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial and business performance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data used for reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support IFRS 17 reporting, financial closing, and month-end/year-end activities.
• Participate in finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Experience: CA- Fresher
Skills: Financial Analysis & Variance Analysis, Advanced MS Excel Financial Modeling Financial Accounting & Reconciliations
