Technical Lead –
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in distributed systems development, integration with API and microservices (developed with java spring boot) and UI (JavaScript, html, CSS, node.js, ReactJS)
• Hands-on knowledge of java to review java code, debug to find issues with existing code by looking at Splunk and Dynatrace traces. Ability to fix code in emergency situations thru ServiceNow incident management
• Experience of building ‘low latency and high throughput” applications with event driven programming model by leveraging asynchronous messaging (Kafka pub/sub) with documented SLO/SLI and SLA management by site reliability engineers with tools like Dynatrace
• Lead a team to deliver a trading gateway service to support trading lifecycle of equity, mutual fund and fixed income instruments in USA and Canada markets

• Buy/sell side knowledge of banking and capital markets




• Asset and wealth management knowledge with portfolio, positions
• Knowledge of Portfolio performance against benchmark (S&P; 500, NASDAQ indices)
• Securities Order management (order entry, netting, reconciliation)
• Deep understanding of Asset classes i.e. equity, fixed income and mutual funds in USA and Canada markets
• Deep knowledge of trading lifecycle i.e. order, execution, confirmation and settlement
• Knowledge of financial markets infrastructure providers i.e. Bloomberg for securities market data and reference data, Broadridge for managing back office i.e. asset transfer, custody and settlement, mutual funds trading partner, equity trading partners connected to venues (NYSE, NASDAQ), Bond market trading partners
• Knowledge of emerging asset classes i.e. futures, options, crypto, stablecoins
