Role Description The Branch Manager Study Abroad will oversee the daily operations of the Kochi branch, ensuring efficient delivery of study abroad counseling and related training services. This full-time on-site role includes managing and mentoring branch staff, coordinating study abroad programs, and maintaining high standards of learner experience and service quality. The Branch Manager will design and implement local marketing initiatives, build and sustain relationships with international education partners, and drive branch performance against enrollment and revenue targets.
