Position A: Senior Architect (Design Focused)
A.1 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from concept to presentation
• Deliver high-quality, effective design solutions
• Deliver pitch presentations

A.2 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory
• 10 years of professional experience in the industry
• Team player
• Proficiency in creative ideas and concepts
• Excellent communication
• Strong visualising skills

Position B: Architect
A.1 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with consultants
• Draft and review technical drawings & documentation




• Ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes
• Conduct site visits and resolve project issues

A.2 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory
• 7+ years of professional experience in the industry
• Team player
• Excellent communication
• Proficiency in technical drawings
• Experience handling projects independently from inception to completion
