Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Officer / Debt Officer based in Nizamabad. The role involves managing collections for assigned loan portfolios,



ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining skilled and respectful interactions with customers. The Collection Officer / Debt Officer will regularly visit customers, review repayment status, negotiate repayment plans where necessary, and document all collection activities accurately. The role includes analyzing customer accounts to identify risks or delays, coordinating with branch and credit teams to resolve issues, and escalating complex cases in line with company policies. The individual will also support adherence to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines, promote customer awareness of repayment obligations, and contribute to maintaining portfolio quality and minimizing delinquency.
