Our Client Handling team manages the commercial journey from understanding an enquiry and recommending suitable services to negotiating fees and securing payment.

The prospect

We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can help our Client Handling executives and team leaders convert more enquiries into paid business. You will strengthen daily sales execution, coach the team and personally intervene in important negotiations and stalled opportunities.
This is a sales leadership and closing role - not a reporting-only or administrative position. Success means a stronger team, better conversions and more business collected,



not simply more calls or quotations.

What you will own

Team targets and enquiry-to-payment conversion
Turn monthly targets into clear weekly priorities. Review promising enquiries, pending quotations and payment-ready prospects; assign ownership and next steps; and act early when performance is falling behind.

Hands-on negotiations and closures
Join client calls where your intervention can make a difference. Establish buying intent early, identify the real barrier to a decision, handle objections and help ready-to-buy clients complete payment promptly, including during the call where appropriate.

Commercial judgment and discount discipline
Guide the team on presenting value, negotiating fees and using approved discounts or relevant service bundles to unlock deals. Seek timely approvals for exceptions while protecting margins and avoiding unnecessary concessions.

Purposeful follow-up and CRM ownership
