We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy.

The Senior HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, build solid talent pipelines, drive timely closures, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structures, and talent needs.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals,



professional networks, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct detailed preliminary interviews to assess technical, functional, behavioral, and cultural fit.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously across different levels and functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Handle senior and critical positions with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Stakeholder Management
• Act as a strategic recruitment partner to hiring managers and business leaders.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market availability, candidate feedback, and challenges.
• Advise stakeholders on candidate availability, compensation expectations, notice periods, and recruitment timelines.
• Coordinate interview panels and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruit
