• Role: Servicenow Business Analyst
• Exp:9+Years
• Locations:Banngalore/Mumbai/Chennai
• Perform Business Analysis for ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident (INC), Problem (PRB), Change (CHG), Request (REQ), Knowledge (KNW), and SLM.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Manage SLA/OLA configurations, workflows, schedules, conditions, breach tracking, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Analyze incident trends, problem root causes, and change impacts to improve ITSM operations and service quality.
• Support UAT, defect management, release validation, enhancements, BAU, and production support activities.
• Develop Power BI dashboards using DAX, SQL, and data modeling for ITSM, SLA, and operational KPI reporting.
• Support Microsoft Fabric-based data integration and reporting, with basic understanding of data architecture, while following ITIL best practices.
