Key responsibilities include:
• Confirming and managing the ISO 27001 certification scope and implementation plan, including workstream ownership, milestones, dependencies, and reporting.
• Validating ISO 27001 requirements and controls against existing assessments and maintaining a unified gap, risk, and remediation plan.
• Operationalizing the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including risk assessment processes, risk register, Statement of Applicability, policy ownership, and evidence repositories.
• Coordinating implementation activities across infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP and plant systems, identity and access management, vendors, physical security, and business processes.
• Leading audit readiness activities, internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and evidence collection.
• Managing certification activities, including certification-body selection,



readiness reviews, Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits, assessor requests, and corrective-action tracking.
• Working effectively with business stakeholders, manufacturing sites, corporate teams, consultants, and certification bodies to ensure successful delivery.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record leading cross-functional ISO 27001 programs, driving organizations through audit readiness and certification, and working within complex manufacturing and enterprise environments. Experience with risk management, control implementation, compliance programs, ITGC, identity governance, supplier security, and operational technology environments would be highly valuable.
