Key Responsibilities✅ Perform cost modelling for HVAC components and systems including sheet metal parts, tubing, evaporators, condensers, motors, controls, and assemblies.
✅ Drive Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve product value.
✅ Conduct teardown analysis, should-cost analysis, competitive benchmarking, and best-of-best product assessments.
✅ Support make-vs-buy decisions and provide cost baselines for supplier negotiations.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Product Management.
✅ Develop and maintain accurate cost models using Teamcenter Costing and Excel-based tools.
✅ Monitor and track product costs throughout the product development lifecycle.




Required Skills✔ 5+ years of experience in Cost Modelling, VAVE, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or Product Engineering.
✔ Industry experience in HVAC, Automotive, or Home Appliance Manufacturing.
✔ Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Costing Software or similar cost modelling tools.
✔ Strong understanding of BOM analysis, cost structures, and manufacturing processes such as press work, brazing, pipe bending, and sheet metal fabrication.
✔ Experience in teardown studies, benchmarking, continuous improvement, and cost optimization projects.
Preferred Skills⭐ Knowledge of SAP, ProE/Creo, and Windchill.
⭐ HVAC product portfolio experience.
⭐ Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
